Vegas Dining-Great “Q” at Fox Smokehouse BBQ
It isn’t always easy to find great BBQ in the Vegas Valley but there is a great place in Boulder City. Fox Smokehouse BBQ features slow-smoked meats and a variety of terrific sides. The cheese on the Mac ‘n Cheese is a little crusty, gooey and good. BBQ beans have small chunks of beef and have just the right amount of spice. The Chicken sandwich features hefty slices of over-night marinated breast. The buns are a little sweet, fresh and a great companion for the insides. There is no cobbler here but some attractive desserts like chocolate cake and cheesecake are offered.
